ESMA将限制脱欧后的欧盟内部股票交易
欧洲证券和市场管理局（ESMA）日前发布了指导方针，要求银行和资产管理公司在英国脱欧后在欧盟内部执行股票交易。
根据ASIC修订后的股票交易义务（STO）准则，如果脱欧协议限制伦敦公司进入欧盟市场，股票市场参与者必须在欧盟内部交易欧盟上市的股票。
然而，该准则将允许公司在伦敦的交易平台上以英镑交易欧盟上市股票。值得注意的是，在伦敦以英镑交易的欧洲股票不到50股，不到总股票的1%。
Cboe、伦敦证交所的Turquoise和Aquis交易所都提供以欧元计价的股票，以避免服务中断。
与此同时，英国监管机构尚未制定有关在欧盟上市的股票交易的规则。
英国和欧盟之间的脱离已经完成，目前正处于过渡期，该过渡期将在2020年12月31日结束。尽管谈判仍在进行中，但各方金融监管机构一直在起草指导方针，以缓解英国和欧盟之间的分歧，保证过渡期满后市场能够平稳运作。
根据最新的指南，ESMA希望加强欧洲的资本市场，该机构认为，非欧盟货币的交易也将增加欧盟投资者的货币风险。
