智通财经APP获悉，10月26日(周一)美股盘初，快餐公司唐恩都乐(DNKN.US)高开高走，截至北京时间22：43，该股涨15.78%，报102.8美元。
此前消息指出，该公司正在与Inspire Brands就以每股106.50美元的价格将唐恩都乐私有化进行谈判。唐恩都乐方面称，该谈判处于初期阶段，除非双方达成协议或取消谈判，否则不会提供进一步的评论。
分析师对这一消息感到乐观，瑞士信贷Lauren Silberman给予唐恩都乐“跑赢大市”评级。Inspire Brands由私募股权投资公司Roark Capital持有，旗下拥有包括Arby's、Buffalo Wild Wings和Sonic等品牌。
