CySEC与经纪商Key Way Investments Ltd达成12万欧元的和解协议
塞浦路斯证券交易委员会（CySEC）今日宣布称，已与塞浦路斯投资公司(CIF)Key Way Investments Ltd就其违规行为达成12万欧元的和解协议。
在最新的通知中，CySEC表示该决定是当局早在2019年6月开始的合规性现场调查的结果。据调查，经纪商Key Way Investments Ltd涉嫌违反《投资服务和活动及受监管市场法》的若干条款。
当前的罚款决定是由于不遵守该法第5(1)条关于CIF授权的要求和第22(1)条关于CIF必须遵守的某些授权条件和组织要求。CySEC进一步解释说，财政处罚也是因为不符合其他条款，这些条款涵盖了多种监管要求，包括利益冲突、向客户提供信息和认证人员。
但值得注意的是，罚款决定通常是在监管机构检查后6个月内发出，故CySEC早前已责令该公司在既定框架内采取纠正措施。截止目前为止，相关大部分问题应该已经得到解决。
此外，今年以来，CySEC一直在加大其监管执法行为。就在9月早些时候，该监督机构通知持有执照的塞浦路斯投资公司，要求他们提供在2019年1月1日至12月31日期间有关跨境活动的信息。
