MFSA发出警告：警惕无牌实体Paramount FX Trade （或PFXT Ltd）
马耳他金融服务管理局（MFSA）官网发布警告消息，该监管机构发现一个名为Paramount FX Trade或PFXT Ltd的实体在互联网上开展业务，网址为https://paramountfxtrade.com/。该实体声称自己是“ 在过去7年间受MFSA监管的经纪商”和“差价合约和即期外汇合约的做市商”。
MFSA发现，上述实体网站未经授权使用并参考马耳他许可公司的注册地址和其他公司详细信息。
MFSA提醒马耳他和国外的公众，Paramount FX Trade或PFXT Ltd不是马耳他注册的公司，也没有获得马耳他金融管理局的许可或授权，不能提供任何外汇交易服务或其他金融服务，根据马耳他法律，这些服务需要获得许可或授权。因此，公众应避免与上述实体进行任何业务或交易。
MFSA提醒金融服务的消费者不要进行任何金融服务交易，除非他们确定与之进行交易的实体已获得MFSA或其他知名金融服务监管机构的授权提供此类服务。对于那些通过电话或社交媒体等非常规渠道进行推销的金融服务提供商，投资者也应格外谨慎。
