原油周评：美布两油均大跌3%，欧美疫情持续恶化，利比亚增产迅猛，OPEC+增产行动待定
刚刚过去的一周，美布两油周线均下跌3%，因预计利比亚原油供需将激增，且美国和欧洲病例数激增引发需求担忧。利比亚国家石油公司(NOC)表示，解除了主要港口出口的不可抗力，四周内产量将达到100万桶/日，明年OPEC+的增产计划将在下个月会议公布，虽然俄罗斯不排除OPEC+增产计划推迟的可能性，但OPEC+的压力越来越大是现实。
美原油本周最高触及41.9美元/桶，为9月2日以来新高，收报39.78美元/桶，本周累计下跌3.05%，创逾一周新低；布伦特原油本周最高触及43.3美元/桶，表现弱于美油，收报41.59美元/桶，本周累计下跌2.94%。
