智通财经APP获悉，万达体育(WSG.US)10月23日宣布，公司已为独立委员会分别聘用华利安和世达律师事务所担任其独立财务与法律顾问。该独立委员会为审议此前收到的无约束力初步收购提议而设立。
据悉，9月30日，万达体育曾宣布，万达体育传媒 （香港） 控股有限公司、大连万达集团有限公司拟以每股现金2.50美元的价格购买万达体育的所有流通在外的A类普通股。
