巴西计划为国家数字银行启动首次公开发行
巴西部长Paulo Guedes周二在Milken Institute全球峰会中表示，巴西“即将”加入经济合作与发展组织(OECD)。与此同时，巴西政府计划为新成立的联邦储蓄数字银行启动首次公开发行(IPO)。
巴西联邦储蓄银行在疫情期间创建了一个数字银行，帮助政府向约6400万巴西人提供财政援助。Guedes在会上表示，巴西央行正在努力为该国吸引新的投资者。
巴西政府已花费巨资对抗疫情造成的经济影响。财政支持的最大一部分是为巴西低收入人群提供紧急援助，而联邦储蓄银行在确定受益者和支付福利方面发挥着核心作用。
Guedes表示，数字银行打开了市场机遇，6400万的客户群体促使该银行做出公开上市的计划。为降低外国投资者的风险，巴西央行愿意以一定的价格为海外私人投资者提供担保。
Guedes还表示，巴西已经满足了加入经合组合所需条件的三分之二，将在“一年内”加入该组织。加入经合组织的标准包括透明度、监管、反腐败和制定收购协议。
