财政刺激效果消散后 美经济复苏将放缓
摩根大通资产管理(JPMorgan Asset Management)首席全球策略师David Kelly表示，随着美国此前财政刺激效果的消散，四季度美国经济复苏将放缓。
Kelly指出，受到财政刺激影响而复苏的美国经济，就好像是打了“兴奋剂”一样。
“我们看到的好像是V型复苏，但其实并不是，只是V型的一半。”
Kelly表示，在这种兴奋剂一样的财政刺激消失后，美国经济的增长会放缓，四季度增长会大幅低于三季度。
尽管此前因疫情而失业的美国就业人口中有大量已经重新回到了工作岗位中，但情况并不是完全乐观，很多受影响的行业依然处于关闭中。
过去几个月美国就业市场大概拿回了约1140万个岗位，占所有失去岗位的一半左右。失业率也降低到了7.9%，但距离疫情前的差距明显。
“先要处理好疫情才能有健康的经济复苏，就是这么简单。”
Kelly指出，美国大选后会有新的刺激项目，但整个市场对此过于“着迷”。
“刺激不是太少而是太多了。”
