Avelacom增加芝加哥至东京的备用路线
金融市场基础设施供应商Avelacom日前宣布将启动芝加哥到东京之间的备用连接路线。
此举是为了在美国大选之前，对市场预计出现的大幅波动做好应对。
受到疫情影响，今年初全球金融市场出现了极大的波动。预计在美国大选时，市场将再次出现动荡。
Avelacom的CEO Aleksey Larichev表示：“金融市场在高度波动时期可能非常脆弱，企业需要能够依靠其基础设施和备份系统来维持高效率。”
Avelacom还指出，选择芝加哥至东京的路线也是出于战略考虑，因为这条路线预计将出现波动。备用线路还将被用来连接美国和其他亚洲金融中心，包括香港、上海、新加坡、台北和泰国。
今年早些时候，该公司在纽约和圣保罗之间建立了一条新的连接路线，提供了两大洲之间最快的数据传输线。
