据悉，早前McAfee表示将发行3700万股A类股， 每股定价区间为19-22美元，预计最多募资8.14亿美元，并于10月22日登陆纳斯达克，其中摩根士丹利、高盛、TPG资本、美国银行证券和花旗集团为此次IPO的联合承销商。
