智通财经APP获悉，先锋自然资源公司(PXD.US)周二表示，将以全股票形式收购规模较小的竞争对手Parsley Energy(PE.US)，交易金额约为45亿美元，这是美国石油生产商在今年石油价格下跌的情况下进行的最新整合。
由于原油价格疲软，许多美国页岩公司一直陷入亏损，自6月以来，原油价格一直在每桶40美元左右徘徊。但与过去的低迷时期不同，石油公司一直在努力筹集新的资本来重组债务。
