韩国芯片厂商SK海力士跌超2%，拟90亿美元收购英特尔闪存芯片业务

英为财情Investing.com-周二亚市早盘，韩国芯片厂商SK海力士公司 (KS:000660)跌超2%，现报84,600韩元。
消息面上，SK海力士今日宣布，将以90亿美元（折合10.3万亿韩元）的价格收购英特尔旗下NAND闪存芯片业务。这笔交易将全部以现金的方式进行。
SK海力士表示，这笔交易中的第一期70亿美元费用可能在2021年向英特尔支付，剩下的20亿美元将在2025年3月份支付。
如果这笔交易达成，SK海力士有望成为全球第二大NAND闪存芯片制造商。
截至周一美股收盘，英特尔公司 (NASDAQ:INTC)收涨0.78%，盘后股价上涨0.99%。
