智通财经APP获悉，费城联邦储备银行行长哈克周一表示，黑人和西班牙裔工人以及其他从事低薪工作的人，在卫生事件发生之前，他们的就业状况才刚刚开始改善，而卫生事件的到来抹去了这些收益。
他指出，美联储的新框架应该有助于解决就业不足的问题，帮助受影响的工人找到新的机会。“我们不再会在实现充分就业之前，通过先发制人地提高利率来抵御更高的通胀，在我们看来，如果者能够帮助实现就业目标，那么容忍稍高的通胀风险是值得的。”
哈克还表示，政府的就业安置计划还可以帮助没有大学学历的人进入薪酬更高、发展机会更多的岗位。
