智通财经APP获悉，周一，美国亚特兰大联储主席拉斐尔·博斯蒂克(Raphael Bostic)表示，在经济复苏不均衡且贫富差距日益加大的情况下，美联储正在对地方政府进行游说，为社区提供援助。
此外，官员们正在集中精力帮助工人避免持续接受福利，政府实施了劳动力发展计划，以确保人们拥有经济所需的技能。博斯蒂克还表示，目前的复苏看起来并不太看好，类似于经济学家所概述的K型复苏的不均衡状况。
一些低接触度行业能够很好的度过这一场危机，其他高接触度的行业，如餐饮服务和酒店业、小型零售业和运输业则没有那么幸运。使问题更加复杂的是，高接触度的行业一般雇佣的都是工资水平较低的人，而这些人往往是少数民族。
博斯蒂克指出，美联储的新经济计划应该能够帮助少数族裔、女性和低收入者更充分地与劳动力市场联系起来，给这些群体提供更好的机会来确保工作和经济弹性。
