瑞士政府启动区块链法律咨询程序
瑞士财政部已开始就区块链和分布式账本技术(DLT)领域的全面条例进行磋商。
磋商将在各州、各政党和该领域的其他利益集团之间进行。该计划将持续三个多月，至2021年2月2日结束。
这是瑞士政府积极推动区块链和加密货币的一部分。就在此次磋商召开的一个月前，瑞士政府刚刚修改了几部现有的金融和公司法，纳入了区块链技术和DLT的条款。
根据官方声明，对现有法律的修订改善了瑞士的监管框架。瑞士现在更倾向于促进区块链和DLT的创新。
该全面条例将帮助政府将这些修正案纳入联邦条例级别的法律，联邦委员会的目标是将这些法律于2021年8月开始生效。
瑞士对区块链和加密货币公司的支持吸引了许多来自世界各地的公司在瑞士设立总部。该瑞士拥有900多家区块链公司，雇员超过4700人。
瑞士政府采用了区块链和加密货币，瑞士的Zug被称为“加密谷”，现在允许其居民用比特币(BTC)和以太币(ETH)纳税。甚至有报道称，瑞士国有银行Basler Kantonalbank (BKB)也计划推出加密货币服务。
