智通财经APP获悉，10月19日(周一)美股盘初，高鑫零售ADR(SURRY.US)股价走高，截至北京时间22：46，该股涨25.17%，报12.63美元。
此前，阿里巴巴(BABA.US)宣布拟投入280亿港元(约36亿美元)，直接和间接共持有高鑫零售72%股份，成为控股股东。高鑫零售旗下有大润发和欧尚两大品牌，门店数量超480家。
近年来，高鑫零售与阿里巴巴合作逐步深化：与淘宝合作推出的淘鲜达，已覆盖大润发和欧尚所有门店；和天猫超市共享库存，上线1小时达和半日达服务；2018年由高鑫零售经营的首家盒马鲜生门店开业，目前盒马鲜生已成为阿里旗下生鲜业务的主力。
