OANDA在专利诉讼中拒绝了嘉盛集团的中止请求
关于针对嘉盛集团（GAIN Capital）的专利侵权诉讼，OANDA提出一项动议，驳回了被告提出的几项中止请求。
在OANDA于10月14日提交的最新动议中，OANDA的律师辩称：嘉盛试图通过提供新的证据作为答复来挽救其动议。
OANDA今年早些时候对嘉盛提起了专利侵权诉讼，指控其侵犯了自己的专利技术，即美国第7,146,336号专利（“ 366专利”）和第8,392,311号专利（“ 311专利”）。
随后嘉盛于9月14日至15日针对OANDA的初步指控提交了涵盖商业方法（CBM）申请，要求法院中止诉讼程序。
嘉盛还质疑诉讼的时效，强调该诉讼是在授予最后一项认定专利后七年提出的。此外，OANDA曾警告嘉盛理财任何可能的专利侵权行为，但在18个月后移交给了法院。
现在，OANDA正在压制嘉盛意在收到法院中止令而提供的所有索赔要求和统计信息。
