智通财经APP获悉，大和发表研报称，阿里巴巴宣布入主高鑫零售，收购完成后阿里连同其关联方将持有高鑫约72.35%的经济权益，预期合并财报后阿里上半年收入预计将增长19.8%，调整后盈利则增长1.4%，但由于要等到交易完成财报才会合并，预期对阿里2021财年收入及盈利影响不足10%及0.7%。
该行表示，将入主高鑫视为阿里新零售计划“淘鲜达”的延伸，对阿里予“买入”评级，目标价348港元。
