智通财经APP获悉，大摩发表报告，认为现市场对内银关注已由宏观及不良贷款风险，转至来自政策窗口指引的不明朗，大摩调整其对内银盈利预测及估值(见下表)，以反映相关转变，认为早前降级已属过度，即使计入政策指引或存在一些永久性影响。大摩予整体内银行业评级为“吸引”，认为是时候增持(time to add)。
大摩表示，内银即使计入长远较低股息，在经济复苏期仍有良好价值。大摩调低对内银盈利预测，当中计入2020年第二季度拨备，以及持续政策干预，同时进一步降低主要内银的股本回报率，包括潜在更多政策指引。该行强调，最新估值中，仍计入内银长期相对最新目标价，会有四至五成股价升幅，相信进一步经济复苏及温和政策干预，应会支持股价反弹，偏市场主导银行如招商银行(03968)、平安银行等，仍是大摩首选，但同时相信主要国有内银亦有反弹价值。
