智通财经APP获悉，美东时间10月16日，物农科技(WNW.US)更新赴美上市招股书，公布了截至2020年6月30日止的未经审计的6个月财务数据，及最新承销商名单。
数据显示，上半年该公司净营收约为299万美元，2019年同期为246.3万美元;
毛利润为58.3万美元，2019年同期约为67.7万美元;
净亏损达131万美元，2019年同期为46万美元。
该公司于9月17日向美国证监会递交上市申请，计划以“WNW”为代码在纳斯达克挂牌上市，募资至多3450万美元。最新招股书显示，承销商除了之前公布的Boustead Securities外，还新增了亿声证券有限公司(Brilliant Norton Securities Company Limited)。
招股书显示，物农科技计划发行500万股普通股，价格区间设定为每股4-6美元。另外，公司授予承销商75万股普通股的超额配售权。公司在本次IPO前已发行20,000,0000股普通股，若包括授予承销商75万股普通股的超额配售权，在本次发行完成后将有25,750,000股普通股。
