智通财经APP获悉，10月17日，据媒体报道，康菲石油(COP.US)接近达成收购康休石油(CXO.US)的协议，这可能是今年早些时候能源需求崩溃以来最大的一笔页岩行业交易。
此前，有媒体称，康菲石油正在就收购康休资源谈判。两家公司可能在未来几周宣布这项交易，但目前还没有做出最终决定，谈判也可能会失败。今年7月，康菲石油首席执行官瑞安·兰斯(Ryan Lance)表示，页岩油气行业的低收购溢价令公司感到鼓舞。
康休石油第二季度业绩报告显示，该公司报告期内每股亏损2.23美元，亏损总额达到4.35亿美元，而去年同期亏损额为9700万美元。与此同时，该公司今年第二季度页岩油平均日产量也较去年同期减少了1万桶，至31.9万桶。
截至隔夜美股收盘，康休石油股价下跌1.9%，报收48.6美元，按此计算市值95亿美元。康菲石油股价下跌3.43%，报收33.77美元，市值362亿美元。
受消息影响，康休石油盘后股价上涨近6%。
