Cboe全球市场收购大宗交易ATS BIDS Trading
Cboe全球市场日前宣布已与BIDS Trading达成最终收购协议，BIDS Trading是美国最大的独立大宗交易ATS的经纪交易商和运营商。
通过此次收购，Cboe计划在传统交易所产品和服务之外，将其美股业务多元化。该交易预计将于2021年初完成，目前正等待监管部门的批准。
Cboe已经与BIDS Trading合作，在欧洲股票市场提供大宗交易服务。Cboe现在期望通过此次收购在北美市场获得更大优势。
此外，Cboe预计将借助BIDS Trading的全球买方投资管理者和由卖方组成部分的差异网络，以从非美股或期权产品中受益。该公司还计划推出场外交易产品。
根据协议，BIDS Trading的CEO Tim Mahoney和其他员工将加入Cboe。
Mahoney补充道：“我们相信加入Cboe将帮助我们寻求更多机会，因为Cboe将继续在新地区拓展业务，并接触到新客户。“
