盘前异动：波音公司涨超2%，欧洲航空安全局称737 Max飞机年内可复飞

英为财情Investing.com-周五美股盘前， 波音公司 (NYSE:BA)涨超2%，报167.88美元。
欧洲航空安全局周五表示，波音公司对737 Max飞机所做改变，已经使得它足够安全，可以在2020年结束前重新在该地区复飞。
欧洲航空安全局执行主任 Patrick Ky表示，在9月份进行试飞后，该局预计将在下个月发布适航性指引。
