中金：上调周大福目标价34%至12.63元

智通财经APP获悉，中金公司发表研究报告指出，周大福 (HK:1929)销售复苏快于同行，因此上调其目标价34%至12.63元，即较昨日收市10.32元，有22％的上行空间。
周大福昨日公布，截至今年9月30日的第二财季零售值按年增长2.6％。香港及澳门的同店销售按年下跌52.5％，季内香港及澳门的零售需求备受压力，但由于比较基数较低，致使香港及澳门的同店销售跌幅分别收窄至46.4％及74.6％。不过，中国内地的同店销售则按年增长11％。
中金同时上调周大福2021财年每股纯利预测5%至0.38元、2022财年上调7％至0.46元，以反映公司在中国内地开店速度快于预期。
