智通财经APP获悉，中网载线(CNET.US)宣布，公司将由“ ChinaNet Online Holdings, Inc.“更名为“ZW Data Action Technologies Inc.”，该决议已于10月12日在股东大会上得到批准，以上变更由10月14日开始生效。
更名后，公司的普通股也将在新的CUSIP号码“98880R109”下交易，纳斯达克股票交易代码则保持不变。
