智通财经APP获悉，亿万富翁罗恩·巴伦(Ron Baron)周三表示，他认为特斯拉(TSLA.US)是一家值2万亿美元的公司。他认为，随着汽车和电池业务的飞速发展，这家电动汽车公司在未来十年将增长五倍。
巴伦在接受采访时称：“我一直认为特斯拉会有1万亿到2万亿美元的市值，而根据最近的发展情况，我认为2万亿美元是正确的数字。”
他指出，特斯拉的估值在过去两三年内增长了10倍，但直到最近股价才赶上。巴伦认为，汽车销量将继续蓬勃发展，最终达到每年1000万辆。此外，特斯拉在电池方面拥有难以置信的机会，这可能会在未来十年内给公司产生7500亿美元至1万亿美元的收入。因此，特斯拉的估值，可能会在那个时候翻三倍或五倍。
罗恩·巴伦是巴伦资产的创始人。截至2010年，巴伦资本旗下管理的资产规模已达193亿美元，而巴伦的个人净资产也高达15亿美元。
