港股异动：中国恒大港股大跌约16%，拟配售新股募资近43亿港元

英为财情Investing.com-周三港股午后，中国恒大 (HK:3333)港股大跌约16%，报16.16港元。
消息面上，中国恒大今日早间发布公告称，该公司将向不少于六名承配人，按每股16.5港元配售约2.6亿股股份。配售股份相当于经扩大后已发行股数总数约1.96%，配售价较周一收盘价19.34港元折让约15%。
中国恒大在公告中还表示，此次配股集资所得款项净额约42.56亿港元，拟用作现有债务再融资及一般营运资金。
