奈飞发言人表示，公司正在美国寻求不同的市场推广方式来吸引新会员。据悉，奈飞本月开始在美国逐步取消免费试用服务，并设有一个促销窗口，观众可以免费观看一些热门剧集。
因卫生事件大流行且缺乏新电影的情况下，电影院难以吸引观众，流媒体正受到越来越多的关注。MoffettNathanson认为，电影院应该和像奈飞或亚马逊(AMZN.US)这样的流媒体网站达成协议以获取放映内容。
