智通财经APP获悉，3B家具(BBBY.US)表示已达成协议，将分别出售其旗下品牌Christmas Tree Shops、Linen Holdings业务以及位于新泽西州佛罗伦萨的配送中心。
该公司预计将从此次资产出售中总计获利2.5亿美元左右。
公司首席执行官声明：“本次声明是基于公司一年来所采取的有目的的行动，以简化我们的投资组合，释放资金并建立明确的战略重点，以加快我们在家庭，婴儿，美容和保健市场建立权威的计划。”
