继阿斯利康之后，强生亦因“不明原因疾病”暂停新冠疫苗试验

英为财情Investing.com – 据外媒周二报道，强生公司 (NYSE:JNJ)最新表示，由于在一项临床试验中参与者出现不明原因的疾病，其新冠疫苗研究暂时中止。
强生在一份声明中称，该病患正在接受评估，公司将在进一步调查后披露更多信息。又补充称，“不良事件——包括疾病、事故、甚至是严重的事件，是任何临床研究（尤其是大型研究）的预期组成部分。”
虽然后期临床测试出现暂停在制药行业中很常见，但强生这次的中断可能会加剧外界对新冠疫苗安全性的担忧。疫苗研发往往需要数年的时间，但在大流行背景下，这个流程被压缩成几个月。
在此之前，英国制药商阿斯利康公司 (NYSE:AZN)也在上个月暂停了候选疫苗的测试，因为试验参与者出现了“可能无法解释的疾病”。
强生高管可能会在周二盘前披露公司第三季度财报后的电话会议上面临有关暂停试验的问题。
强生周一收涨0.58%，报151.84美元。
