A股异动：深圳本地股全线走高，建科院、国信证券涨幅靠前

英为财情Investing.com-周一A股早盘，受利好消息提振，深圳本地股全线走高。其中，建科院 (SZ:300675)、国信证券 (SZ:002736)、特发信息 (SZ:000070)涨幅靠前，深圳燃气 (SS:601139)、天健集团 (SZ:000090)、深圳机场 (SZ:000089)涨超5%，沙河股份 (SZ:000014)、深圳能源 (SZ:000027)涨近4%。

消息面上，中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅10月11日印发了《深圳建设中国特色社会主义先行示范区综合改革试点实施方案（2020-2025年）》（以下简称《实施方案》）。

《实施方案》在七个方面提出了明确要求，分别是完善要素市场化配置体制机制；打造市场化法治化国际化营商环境；完善科技创新环境制度；完善高水平开放型经济体制；完善民生服务供给体制；完善生态环境和城市空间治理体制；强化保障措施。
