智通财经APP获悉，10月8日(周四)美股盘初，优信二手车(UXIN.US)股价上涨，截至北京时间21:38，该股涨11.92%，报1.11美元。
据悉，近日公司发布公告，已分别与两家投资者签署最终的股票发售协议。根据协议，优信将以私募方式向这两家投资者发行及出售总计84,692,839股A类普通股，总购买价约为2500万美元。
优信二手车表示，该交易预计于2020年10月完成。
