美联储调查：美联储主街贷款计划未覆盖目标
近期一项调查显示，备受关注的美联储主街贷款计划可能没能覆盖一个关键目标。一些企业表示，在疫情前其表现良好，但疫情后受到影响太大，不再符合贷款要求。
上周美联储主席鲍威尔表示，美联储的主街贷款计划可能会借出最多300亿美元资金。
主街贷款计划针对的是那些在疫情前偿付能力足够的企业，旨在帮助其渡过疫情影响下的困难时期。
但在近期美联储调查中，86个银行贷款官员中有44人表示那些疫情前状况良好，但疫情后受到巨大打击的企业会被拒绝贷款，因为它们已经无力偿付了。
也就是说，本来主街贷款目标要帮助的企业很可能根本不够格得到贷款。
这一结果显现了美国的央行们预计未来几个月企业贷款会增加或者维持稳定，而美联储因为其项目使用受限而改变的信号则未出现。
调查中四分之三的受访者表示，没有得到主街贷款，也未被注册至该项目。在那些得到贷款的企业中，美联储主街贷款项目只占其总计商业贷款和工业信贷的2.5%。
“受访者预计未来三个月商业和工业信贷需求增加，但只有一小部分银行认为他们愿意使用主街贷款项目。”
