ESMA选择3个英国CCP进行脱欧后运营
欧洲证券和市场管理局（ESMA）周一宣布，它将承认在英国成立的三个中央对手方（CCP）作为第三国中央对手方，在英国退欧交易截止日期之后在28个国家集团中提供服务。
这三个CCP是ICE Clear Europe Limited，LCH Limited和LME Clear Limited。
在英国退出欧盟多年的公投之后，两者之间的离婚于今年早些时候被密封，过渡期为11个月，直至2020年12月31日。
双方的立法者和监管者都在简化分离，因为包括个人和公司在内的许多人将退出。
9月21日发布的更新的《授权法案》为第三国的CCP规定了新的监管制度。此外，欧洲委员会通过了一项等效决定，以决定适用于在英国建立的CCP的监管框架的限定期限。
根据同等决定，确认决定将仅在过渡期结束后的第二天生效，并在当等决定有效之前（即直到2022年6月30日的18个月）继续适用。
