智通财经APP获悉，瑞信发表研究报告表示，对4家银行H股，包括工商银行 (HK:1398) 、建设银行 (HK:0939) (00939)、农业银行 (HK:1288)（01288）及中国银行 (HK:3988)(03988)给予“跑赢大市”评级。
报告分析称，不少国有银行公布上半年疲弱的业绩后，其H股价格均由于以下三个因素而下跌：一是全年盈利可见度低；二是财年收入疲软导致内部资本疲软的情况下，有可能削减派息比率；三是市场对内银的信心下降至低水平。
年初至今国寿和中国太平披露了5个有关工行和农行的交易。瑞信认为，国寿的交易中，重点关注内银的诱人股息收益率。以当前估值计算股息高于7.5%，即使假设派息比率由30%降至20%，一些银行的股息收益率仍然保持在5%以上。
瑞信指出，对于寻求安全回报的长期投资者而言，目前可能是买入经营稳定的内银H股不错的时机。
