智通财经APP获悉，9月28日(周一)美股开盘，第九城市(NCTY.US)股价下跌，截至北京时间21:39，该股跌6.04%，报0.72美元。
据悉，此前，公司表示，将发行12,422,360个投资单位，每投资单位由一股美国存托股(ADS)和一份认股权证组成。若承销商完全行使其超额配售权，则可额外购买最多1,863,354个投资单位。
在扣除承销折扣、佣金和应付的预计发行费用后，第九城市预计将从此次发行中获得大约770万美元的净收入，如果承销商全部行使其超额配售权，第九城市将获得大约890万美元的净收入。
