小摩：授予中国银行目标价3港元，维持“中性”评级

智通财经APP获悉，摩根大通目前予以中国银行 (HK:3988) 目标价3港元，维持“中性”评级。
小摩发表研究报告指出，中国银行管理层上周五（25日）在分析员会议上作出的指引未如8月公布中期业绩时悲观，而且管理层至今并未接获监管当局有关派息比率的指示，这意味着中国银行今年派息率可维持往年约30%的水平。如果以上周五收市价计算，该行2020年股息率达8.1%。因此该行维持其“中性”评级，目标价为3港元。
小摩表示，随着结算收入复苏、贷款需求反弹以及贷款利率回稳，中国银行收入增长趋势好转，即使资产质素和零售银行不良贷款持续增加，但增速已较今年上半年减慢。该公司第二季业绩较预期为佳，而分析员会议释出的讯息表明中国银行表现将可持续较同业优胜。
