智通财经APP获悉，9月25日，幸福来(HAPP.US)宣布，公司已与三名非美国投资者签订了证券购买协议，根据该协议，公司同意出售90万股普通股，每股购买价格为2.50美元。
幸福来计划将由此所得的收益用于开发幸福买的B2B电子商务业务以及营运资金和一般企业用途。
截至周五美股收盘，该股报1.8美元/股。
