俄罗斯互联网审查机构将币安列入黑名单
俄罗斯互联网审查机构Roskomnadzor日前警告投资者警惕加密交易所币安（Binance），并将该交易所的主要网站纳入禁止域名列表。
币安也公布了这一消息，表示在本周四收到了Roskomnadzor的通知，并采取了行动。
币安强调没有收到任何来自俄罗斯执法部门或民政部门关于任何侵权行为的事先警告。
该交易所目前正在咨询律师，并向俄罗斯用户保证它将继续提供服务。此外，它强调加密投资者在币安存储的资金是安全的。
值得注意的是，这不是Roskomnadzor首次将加密交易平台列入黑名单。早些时候，该机构封锁了场外加密交易聚合商BestChange.ru。
一直以来，加密货币在俄罗斯的地位非常不明确，但今年早些时候该国正式将数字货币标记为财产。然而，该国居民不可以使用数字货币作为付款方式。
此外，俄罗斯财政部近期还提出了一些与加密货币相关的法案，这些法案基本将使用加密货币的活动定为犯罪。
