智通财经APP获悉，明源云 (HK:0909)首日挂牌，公司拟发行3.74亿股，发行价16.5港元，每手1000股，所得款项净额59.06亿元。截至9时20分，涨56.36%，报价25.8港元，成交额18.93亿。
据悉，该公司专注于为中国房地产开发商及房地产产业链其他产业参与者提供企业级ERP解决方案及SaaS产品。公司是中国房地产开发商的第一大软件解决方案供应商，按19年的收入计，公司占有18.5%的市场份额。
公告显示，所得款项净额59.06亿元，30%将于未来一到五年内用于进一步升级及增强公司现有SaaS产品的功能及特性;20%将于未来一到五年内用于加强尖端技术的研发工作;
10%将于未来一到三年内用于进一步升级及增强公司云端ERP解决方案的功能及特性;10%将于未来一到三年内用于提高公司销售及营销能力并提升公司品牌声誉;
20%用于选择性地寻求战略投资及收购;10%用作营运资金及一般企业用途。
