FCA就EEA企业脱欧后的授权征求意见
随着英国脱欧期限的临近，英国金融行为监管局（FCA）启动了一项磋商程序，以决定对在英国运营的国际公司的授权和监督。
FCA强调，这些条款主要是针对打算在英国寻求授权的EEA（欧洲经济区）公司。
英国和欧盟的“离婚”已经完成，目前正处于过渡期，将于2020年12月31日结束。根据《欧盟金融工具市场法规》（MiFID），欧盟持有执照的公司仍在英国运营，但随着最后期限的结束，该指令也将失效。
尽管许多公司正试图通过组建新的子公司来规避即将到来的不确定性，但许多公司仍在等待监管机构为公司制定合适的框架。
据报道，Revolut在英国脱欧前将其业务账户迁移到立陶宛，以确保无缝服务。
据FCA称，目前有超过1500家公司在临时许可制度下注册，其中许多公司将在英国脱欧过渡期结束时寻求授权。
此外，FCA强调，在英国寻求授权的EEA或非EEA公司需要证明准备就绪，达到最低相关标准。征求意见的截止日期为2020年11月27日。
