超便宜！欧洲央行又借了1745亿欧元给欧元区银行 利率是-1%
欧洲央行在最新TLTRO计划中，向欧元区银行分配了1745亿欧元的低息资金，贷款利率为-1%。
欧洲央行希望即使在经济严重衰退的情况下，银行仍能继续为企业提供资金，因此将TLTRO的利率降至- 1%，并将期限从两年延长至三年。
尽管1745亿欧元的模与三个月前1.3万亿欧元的配售规模相比相形见绌，但欧元区银行已经拥有充足的流动性，因为多数银行较早前就使用了欧洲央行的工具。
在欧央行不遗余力向市场提供流动性的同时，欧元区的发债规模也创历史新高。
周四数据显示，欧洲今年的新债发行规模将超过1.39万亿欧元，在今年还剩下3个月之际就打破2019年创下的历史纪录。
欧元区发债规模创出新纪录还是发生在二次疫情导致市场回落的背景下创出的。
今年早些时候，随着疫情爆发，一些政府和公司争相发行债券。中央银行以及它们的债券购买计划帮助提供了稳定性，增强了发行人和投资者的信心。
分析认为，随着疫情加剧，许多公司进入市场以增加流动性储备，因为他们不知道这场危机将持续多久、会变得多严重。
