面对新冠不确定性，ASIC进一步扩大救济措施！
澳大利亚证券投资委员会 （ASIC）宣布，由于新冠病毒的长期影响仍在持续，并且后续事态仍不确定，所以ASIC决定将扩大某些筹资和财务咨询方面的救济措施。
新冠病毒的流行已经影响了全世界，没有疫苗，目前尚不清楚病毒是否还会构成威胁。在此期间中，ASIC采取了许多措施减轻金融机构的负担。
根据ASIC的说法，筹资救济措施旨在帮助受新冠病毒影响的上市公司以更快、成本更低的方式筹集资金，同时又不损害投资者的利益，此项救济措施最初于2020年3月31日宣布。
ASIC表示：“ ASIC将根据病毒对资本市场的影响以及企业对财务咨询的需求，继续监视这些临时救济措施的适当性。如果ASIC在到期日之前终止救济措施或进一步延长救济期限，ASIC会在进一步行动之前进行通知。”
ASIC采取了众多的救济措施，包括将非上市公司提交财务报告的截止日期延长了 一个月，从2019年12月31日延长至2020年3月31日。
尽管ASIC为市场参与者提供了救济措施，但ASIC仍需保持警惕，努力监控市场并创建公平、透明的金融环境。
