智通财经APP获悉，东亚银行 (HK:0023)公布，该行现已完成对其业务及资产组合的全面策略性检讨，决定启动出售东亚人寿保险有限公司的流程，多家大行发布研报看淡。小摩称出售人寿业务对股价或短期正面影响，但未必获重估；瑞银指所售资产规模低于市传水平；花旗将其调至“沽售”评级，下调目标价至14.6港元；大摩下调其评级至“与大市同步”，目标价降至16港元。
截至发稿，东亚银行跌10.71%，报14.18港元，成交额5081万港元。
