智通财经APP获悉，据三名知情人士透露，摩根大通(JPM.US)准备支付近10亿美元的罚款，以结束美国司法部、商品期货交易委员会(CFTC)、和证交会对其金属期货和国债交易的市场操纵调查。
知情人士透露，由于细节尚未敲定，涉及的和解协议可能最早于本周公布。接近10亿美元的罚款远超以往欺诈相关行为的罚款。目前尚不确定摩根大通是否会在法庭上面临司法部的额外罚款，预计政府与摩根大通的和解不会对其商业行为造成任何限制。
美国司法部，CFTC，SEC和摩根大通的发言人均拒绝对此置评。
