Revolut在英国脱欧前将商业客户转移到立陶宛
金融科技初创公司Revolut计划将中欧和东欧的商业客户从伦敦转移到立陶宛，为英国脱欧做准备。
此举旨在确保Revolut能够继续为其非英国客户提供服务，并对冲无协议脱欧的风险。该过程预计在今年12月英国脱欧过渡期结束之前完成，届时，总部设在英国的企业将失去在欧盟提供金融服务的权利。
Revolut已从立陶宛央行获得了专门的银行牌照，可以为欧洲客户提供更多解决方案。该公司拥有30万名立陶宛客户，允许用户将其电子货币帐户转移到完整的银行帐户。Revolut今年在立陶宛扩大业务时雇用了40至50名员工。
该公司进一步解释道，由于当地法规之间的差异，其将要求某些用户重新验证ID，或在迁移帐户时提供有关其业务的详细信息。
今年早些时候，Revolut表示脱欧后总部仍将在伦敦，但欧洲的付款业务将转移到爱尔兰和立陶宛。
