智通财经APP获悉，苹果 (NASDAQ:AAPL) 于9月16日召开产品线上发布会，新产品包括新一代Apple Watch和iPad，但未发布新版iPhone，为8年来首次。
据媒体推测，新iPhone将于10月13日或14日面世。据悉，苹果近8年的秋季新品发布会，均在周二或周三发布。此外，苹果将于9月中旬开始生产5G iPhone，这意味着产品将很快上市。同时，苹果还希望有足够多的设备能及时赶上节假日以及黑色星期五。最后，选择一个被更重磅新闻掩盖的可能性较低的日期对苹果来说是最有利的。考虑到美国大选将在11月3日举行，并可能在10月下旬才开始真正升温，因此作出上述推测。
iPhone 12系列将是苹果首批支持5G网络连接的iPhone。有分析师早前预计，iPhone 12将为苹果带来iPhone超级更新周期，目前全球近10亿iPhone用户中，预计约有3.5亿将在这一更新周期内换新机。
据分析师普遍预计，iPhone 12系列会有4款机型，全部采用OLED屏幕，均支持5G，价格范围也将更广。
