智通财经APP获悉，9月21日(周一)美股盘前，柯达 (NYSE:KODK) 股价大幅下挫，截至北京时间16：19，跌12.47%，报10.6美元。
据报道，美国Vincent Wong律师事务所宣布，已代表公司某些股东对柯达提起集体诉讼。起诉书中称，在柯达公开披露收到7.65亿美元贷款之前，未披露已向其执行主席James Continenza和其他几位内部人士发放了价值数百万美元的股票期权。此外，Continenza和其他内部人士在消息公布前购买了数万股公司股票，因为他们知道一旦贷款消息公开，柯达股价将会以指数级增长。
