高盛：授予安踏体育目标价93港元，维持“买入”评级

智通财经APP获悉，高盛目前予以安踏体育 (HK:2020) 目标价93港元，维持“买入”评级。
高盛发表报告表示，安踏体育持有52.7%股权的Amer Sports日前宣布高级管理层变动，包括Heikki Takala辞去集团总裁和首席执行官的职务，转任Amer Sports董事会特别顾问；首席执行官的职责将由现任董事会执行董事兼安踏总裁郑捷履行，同时任命Michael Hauge Sorensen担任新设立的首席运营官一职。
该行表示，由于安踏将更深入地参与Amer的运营，包括直接监督不同品牌战略协调，相信有助提高Amer Sports效率并加速增长战略，因此维持安踏体育“买入”评级，目标价93港元。
该行指出，安踏长期通过多品牌在中国扎根，有不同消费需求细分的策略和其强大的执行力。但认为投资者可能会为近期挑战感到担忧，包括较高的全球市场风险而导致的Amer损失；以及Amer的管理团队，因为大部分业务都在中国境外，并且有潜在的一次性重组费用。
