智通财经APP获悉，开发罕见内分泌疾病新型疗法的生物技术公司Spruce Biosciences于本周五(9月18日)向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交IPO申请，拟赴纳斯达克上市，募资至多8600万美元，代码为“SPRB”。
该公司成立于2014年，总部位于加州，其主要候选药物tildacerfont正在开发，用于治疗典型的先天性肾上腺增生症(CAH)。Cowen、SVB Leerink、瑞士信贷(Credit Suisse)和加拿大皇家银行资本市场(RBC Capital Markets)是此次交易的联合簿记行，目前尚未披露定价条款。
